Clients can not view collection

For some reason when I send the link to my collection out the page says the collection is empty. If I send the link to my email it opens up fine. what am I doing wrong?

    It's possible that the images added to the collection are set to Private, so only you can see them while you are logged in. Since a Collection acts as a link to the original images, all of the original images settings are the exact same.

    If need be please either paste a link to the collection in question, or you can email it to us at [email protected] with the link and we can take a look at the settings
