Advice with exporting and preparing images for use

Hello everyone

I'm hoping some of you can help me figure out optimal methods for exporting and preparing images for use; both as prints and as digital downloads to be used with my new zenfolio website.

Currently I export with sharpen for screen and a file size limit to produce low-resolution copies for the web within lightroom, and then I pick Matt or Glossy sharpening if the images are to be printed and I export them at full size.

I was wondering if there is a way to avoid having to export multiple copies of files within Lightroom and for general advice regarding improving my workflow, as I'm a bit confused with how Zenfolio prepares images for various export sizes and whether low resolution files can be prepared by a client in zenfolio or if I have tohat myself.

is there any real difference between Glossy, Matt and Screen options within Lightroom, etc?

Thank you

I would avoid all the customization work you are doing and let the Zenfolio site take care how the images are displayed on your site. I think you are overdoing it.
