Need to credit a customer for an order that didn't go well

She didn't adequately view the proof and bought anyway. How do I use Zenfolio to credit her sale?

I don't have a cc account and she paid with Visa.

    Did you leave the monies from the sale in your account here? Either way for a quicker response it is best to contact Zenfolio customer support via email. support@zenfolio.com
