Certain print sizes cannot be added to cart

When myself or my customers click on certain items, the item is not added to the shopping cart. Instead the wait animation just stays there indefinitely. I almost canceled my Zenfolio account and was convinced to stay, but if my customers cannot even add items to the shopping cart, then the site has little value for me. This has occurred with Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge browsers. Please see the attached screen shot.
