Non delivery of prints

Struggling to get answers about the non fulfilment of a couple of prints ordered 12 days ago and apparently shipped.
I'm having a problem getting anyone to contact me other than the initial reply from Zen.
Very poor customer service!
Is there a way I can get someone to answer me?

    It is very rare that you would not receive a reply from our product specialists, and we want to make sure you receive that order!

    Please include your order number again so we can get this taken care of for you!

    Still no reply from the product specialist but they have now been shipped again... To the wrong address, after they asked for, and received confirmation of my correct address!
