No response from Zenfolio to support

I contacted Zenfolio on 28th June to change my subscription to Monthly payments instead of yearly. It was due for renewal the next week. I have had no response from them and now find they have took the full amount from my bank account for a year! I have been trying to contact support and keep getting the this message - An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later. if this problem persists please contact support. Thats what I have been trying to do for days and still the same message. My initial message went through asking to change my plan as I couldn't figure out how to do so myself but no further messages get through.
I am totally at a loss as to what I do now.
