Client having log in issues

I have a client trying to download her images and running into problems. When she goes to mark her favorites, it asks her to login. She tries to but it tells her an unexpected error has occurred?????

    So sorry to hear of the difficulty for your client! Typically when errors like this are seen it is a browser issue, most often an older cached page interfering. This can usually be resolved by clearing the browser's cache. Here is a link to detailed instructions if needed.

    As a work-around, trying from an incognito or private browser window, or a different browser all together, may avoid the error. Here is a link to instructions on doing that.
