Payment received from client, but order not visible, again and again.....
Sorry Zenfolio this is not very professional. I have 2 orders pending, for the one you did help, for the other I'm still waiting (10 hours) and my client doesnt understand why the order is not approved.
Why dont you fix this bug? It is not new have experienced this in the last 2 years and have reported several times!

    Is there any life here, my client has been waiting 24 hours and I still dont know what he has ordered...Have send 3 messages to the team ......Is zenfolio aiming at making us moving to a professional plateform instead?

    3 orders 3 payments, 3 blank screen on my account. I need to contact the client to ask waht he has bought...will be buy again no.......
    3 clients losts already in 2 days...
    The last order I have aksed already 2 times the support to get info on the sale... now 24 hours old already......
