    Order Processing Status

    Why does it take so long for order status to be updated?

    It seems like an order remains in the "Processing" state until it is delivered.  Is it not possible to reflect an accurate state when an order ships from the lab to the customer?

    I noticed this too.  A recent order is still listed as "processing" - and I'm staring at it right now, here, in my living room!

    There is sometimes a considerable delay for USPS shipment notifications from Mpix. We are working with Mpix on resolving this.

    A person I know orderd a photograph of mine about 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't shown up on my Order Status ? And where will the payment go to ? When will I get it ? Do I get a cut from the whole thing or just the print price ?

    My one and only Canadian dollar order for an Mpix print that was placed over a month ago is still marked as "Processing" and I can't tell if it was shipped.  (I emailed the customer but did not receive a reply which I assume likely means it was received.)  My account has been credited appropriately.

    How can I find out the real status?
