While I agree that it is important to not post any copyrighted material you don't have permission to use, I don't think Zenfolio would be guilty of infringement if one of their customers posted something infringing.
The DMCA includes a "safe harbor" provision specifically to protect service providers like Zenfolio.
Many other services, such as Facebook, have found ways to allow music, videos, and photos -- without becoming liable for copyright infringment when a customer posts an infringing item. I don't see how Zenfolio is any different.
