Hi All,
There are many stunning flower images on this thread. I've spending my Sunday morning going through some:
Kevkenhof,
Gorgeous field of flowers. The light playing on this field really makes this winner for me.
Mike,
Is this a black and white? Your don't often see B&W of flowers. Your Flower #10 is my favorite, sharp, up close & personal, nice boken - great shot.
Greg,
I do like wild flowers. It's the WF season here in Texas, my favorite season. This is my favorite WF image of yours. I can just imagine you taking this shot standing on the side of a steep hill. What we have to do to get the great ones! Thanks for sharing, keep shooting and stay safe!
George,
You have several I like - 'Blue Iris' and 'Sumac' are really nice but this is my favorite by far. Beautiful capture. Great lighting. Wonderful bokeh. I like the black backdrop. The Bee make this a good capture. Sharp - very nice indeed. I wish I had taken this shot!
Grenville,
Your Fireworks display is beautiful in its simplicity. Delicate. Effect layout. Gorgeously thick bokeh. Wonderful! I aslo like this one of yours - great layout, sharp, effective.
Picman,
These garden shots are lovely indeed. You have several that I like. I think my favorite of your is this one - Yellow Lillys. Very nice yellow on back, the lighting was just perfect. There is something going on at the base leaving an area of 'bokeh green' which adds a wonderful feeling of depth - great image, thanks for sharing!!
MMWare,
You have a good eye and original sense of layout. You 'Youthful SunFlower' is stunning, sharp, close up. Also your cropping technique suggests something 'more' beyond the border which feeds my imagination. This is my favorite of yours - 'Folded Calla' - Saturated reds on black, wonderful indeed. Gorgeous use of light. Very effective.
Jaycee,
Your digital skills are good. I like several in your Digital Art Gallery. - Your #14 of Cactus is particularity effective, sharp, pastel colors gives it a sense of summer for me - nice work.
Dan,
Your image #21 is a nice capture. Correct me if I'm wrong, but #21 looks like a close up dying flower. 'Dying flowers' is an area that has not been explored much by flower photographers yet I believe this is a photo rich area. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks everyone one for sharing- Its been a very pleasant Sunday morning looking through these wonderful images.
Take care, stay safe - john
