    Zenfolio first impression-great!

    Hi there,

I am brand new here, and arrived after looking at many different sites. I love it already! I placed an order earlier this week (late Tuesday night) due to a last minute booking of a weekend long regional swim meet. I wanted to be able to speak with first hand knowledge to my clients regarding the whole process and the quality, and wanted them to see the possibilities as well.

The shopping experience was easy, the communication was first rate-especially important since I had asked for overnight shipping, tracking was a breeze, and my order arrived today. Wow. Love the quality and products. Can't wait for the weekend to capture all those swimmers, and show them all the nifty things they can do with their images!

I’m glad to hear you like it. Welcome to the mad-house!

Personally I cam to ZF by default. Living in the UK I used to use fotopic but got fed-up with it due to very poor support and several issues regarding poor availability. I specialise in pictures of preserved UK diesel locomotives and fotopic is the site of choice for many but there are now a lot of people wishing to look elsewhere.

I tried Smugmug (nice customization but far too slow and the user interface is poor). I also tried Photosehelter (very expensive and the customisation is nowhere near as good that advertised) so finally I ended up with ZF which is brilliant. It’s fast, looks cool and the support is top notch. Most things are really intuitive and can be done in a few clicks.

Customisation is round the corner which should make it head and shoulders above all others out there…
