I am using MpixPro and would like to continue using them. However, I am in a dilemma because I am also using Zenfolio. I wanted to offer my customer a discount on multiple prints of the same image and size. But could not find a way to make this possible. So I added a custom product section to my price-list, making Two 8"x10" Standard Prints at a discounted price. This seemed to fix my problem, thinking that if an order was placed by the customer I could just fulfill the Mpix order as well as the custom product order via MpixPro and have it shipped directly to them together. However, a customer has just placed an order and it looks like there is no way of approving the order without using Mpix.

I would like to know if the following is possible, or if you have suggestions:

1. Is it possible to bypass the "approval" state in the order? So that I can fulfill the order via MpixPro and not Mpix.

2. Is it possible to add extra prints to the customers order? Charging me for the additional ones?

3. Can I ignore the order yet keep the money and place the order via MpixPro? Or does the cost of the prints via Mpix immediately get deducted from the profit?

4. Does anyone have a suggestion for allowing multiple print discounts of the same image??

5. Is there a way to upload the Mpix price sheet to you custom products, thus allowing you total control of ordering and fulfilling yet also giving you the various paper options and sepia or b&w color conversion options?
