Hi,

I'm still very very new..  The photos in my gallery have little numbers on top.  How can I change those little numbers to the actual filenames of the image?

Hey Didi,

For this, go into the 'Customize Visitor View' section and choose Options. At the bottom of that menubox, select to Show Title, and select Hide for Sequence Number. You can of course save this as a Global preset for all of your galleries.

I can't find Hide for Sequence Number.  Where is it?  I see Show Title, but nothing about numbers.

First, login to your site. Choose a gallery. Once inside that gallery, choose the My Zenfolio button @ the top, and choose 'Customize Visitor View'. You'll be in a familiar looking page, but it is gallery specific. Choose the Options menu, and if you uncheck the "Use Default Settings for Layout, Themes and Options", all the settings in the menu become available to edit. At the bottom of the menu, under Thumbnail Display Options, you'll see three options (below the Thumbnail size choice box):

Title: Show/Hide

Access Control Icon: Show/Hide

Sequence Number: Show/Hide

I have the first two to Show, and the last to Hide. Then simply save this as a Global Preset, and all your other galleries should display titles and no sequence numbers, as long as they are all set to the new default settings.

 When I go into a specific gallery and go to Customize Visitor View and go to Options, there still is not a 'Thumbnail Display Options' at the bottom of the menu...  Therefore, there's also no 'Sequence Number' option..

Any ideas??

Didi, not sure why you aren't seeing the option. Are you still having an issue with the sequence number showing on your thumbnails? Can't believe this would be a Pro account only option. If you want to send me an email (click my name at the top of this message to get my profile, and choose send an email - or better, click the contact icon in the post bar!), I'll post a small image of the menu I'm describing. I'm having a issue with trying to post it here in this message.

If all else fails, you might try contacting support, they should have the answer...

Did you ever get this problem fixed? I know why you didn't see the thumbnails options...
