I also want to offer A La Carte but would like to put together some packages and discount slightly to entice more sales from less decisive people!:)

Currently we do not offer packages through Mpix or any of our print vendors but we do plan on adding this in the future.

In the meantime, you can set these up as custom products and fulfill the orders yourself if you choose. In that case you can use Mpix, or any vendor you would like. More information on custom products is available here.
