I'd like to know how I get my images to show up in any Google Image search ?

I've tagged the photo and I've tagged the gallery which the image resides, but mine or any other Zenfolio image never appears high up the list.

About 2 weeks ago I uploaded the same image to Zenfolio and to a trail account at a site beginning with "F" (you know the one).

When I did a search, the "F" site's photo is on page 1, 5th entry down, the Zenfolio version is nowhere, probably way down the list.

Come on Zenfolio pull your fingers out and promote your site and our work better.

I really have no idea, I wish I knew too!

For some strange reasons my site on Zenfolio is "almost completeley ignored" buy all search engines, while my wordpress blog is always on top and as soon as I havea new post I see the robots crwaling my site right away. I think the tags we use on zenfolio are just for searches within the Zenfolio system, at least if feels that way.

I think THAT would be a major area where they need to improve!

I didn't realise the tags were for Zenfolio searches only.

SEO (search engine optimization) is in the works.  I know page customizations are the 'next big thing' but the SEO upgrades are top of the list and improvements will be made...soon I hope.

What I think is kinda funny is when I look at my Google Analytics account, it shows other zenfolio accounts as keywords that brought traffic to my gallery.

SEO would be great. Customization would be great. Patiently waiting...
