When using the settings for this feature , which one is recomended .....  (1) do not allow    (2) Allow downloading  (3) Lock original with passwords .........anybody with experience of this , an answer would be appreciated  ......Thanks  Joe

This is completely dependent on your circumstances and preference. Most photographers do not allow downloading for any galleries where they are trying to sell prints. Many photographers allow downloading for Password-Protected client galleries if digital files were part of the contract.
