In other words, can I upload small files for ordering, then replace that file during the order approval process for a high-res download?

Or does the digital product end-run approval?

Yes, they do...just tested.  Stupid newbie....

For anyone else reading this here are instructions:

Replacing files

1. Start by uploading the replacement files anywhere in your account. A Private gallery will work well.
2. In Edit View, click SELLING from the main menu
3. Click Pending Orders from the menu on the left. A page will load with any pending orders listed.
4. Click the order number to view order details
5. Click Change Photo beneath the item thumbnail. A popup window will load.
6. Navigate within the window to select the replacement file from among your galleries
7. Repeat as necessary
8. Click Save
9. Once you are satisfied that the order is complete click Approve Order in the bottom left corner. The order will then be sent to the relevant vendors.
