    Applying coupon AFTER order?

    Hi-

    I have a customer with a coupon. She failed to use it on her recent order (on purpose, I think. I don't think she ever intends to use it!). I, however, want to give her the credit due her. She placed an order, can I somehow reduce her total before sending the order to fulfillment?

    Hi Becky,

    Your customer's credit card is charged at the time the order is placed so there is no way to apply the coupon after this point. If you would like to have the order canceled so that your customer can order again with the coupon please contact support to do this.
