    Pro photo and printing....

I use pro photo color space in cs4 which becomes imbedded in the jpgs.  Haven't seen any icc profiles for mpix so am hoping images will print true.  anyone have experience with it?   there is a little color difference in the site conversion to srgb, but not bad.

Also, it seems the email miners have picked up my email from the site so am starting to get quite a bit of new spam.  Can't find any way to turn it off and still have customer email contact.

And, lastly, any comments on my site layout and work would be greatly appreciated.

Unless you display your e-mail name in plain text on your layout pages, we protect customer's e-mails from spam e-mail harvesting. The e-mail address is retrieved only when someone clicks the send e-mail button, so there's no way for automated bots to harvest e-mails.

You may be interested to look at http://www.cambridgeincolour.com/tutorials/sRGB-AdobeRGB1998.htm
It systematically discusses the advantages and disadvantages of sRGB and AdobeRGB (and in so doing, provides a framework for you to compare, for instance, sRGB with ProPhoto), and also discusses when you should care about those advantages and why.

Secondly, I can pretty much guarantee that no printer will deliver the entire gamut that the ProPhoto color space includes — that thing is huge.  The site above also goes into this a bit as well.

    Thanks for the email note.

That tutorial site is really good.  Lots of info there.  Thanks for pointing it out.  I use raw almost always, and I am under the impression that the native color space for acr is prophoto.  There is a visible difference between the 3 color spaces on my machine in cs4, and prophoto simply provides a much wider gamut in 16 bit, so.... I started using it.  Had I researched things more, I'd have discovered that Mpix uses the srgb color space (probably because they review each image and adjust the colors to their printers).  And, would have changed the imbedded color space in the jpgs.  But, we'll see how it works out.  IK and FAA and TUS all use adobe rgb and their prints are really good.  The whole subject of color space and printing becomes real complicated, real quick.
