Some of my clients have been getting 500 errors on some of my galleries and/or albums. Last night a woman in California could access one album, but not 4 other albums in the same gallery. Last month several people in Missouri could not access all the albums in one gallery, while people in Kansas could.
At first I thought it was a propagation delay, so I set up my latest albums last week and sent them links yesterday hoping there was enough time to propagate the new link. Apparently this isn't the problem since she still can't access them.
I emailed customer service last night with this information but their only response has been "send us the error".
I'm frustrated and my clients are getting grumpy. Anyone have any ideas?
