future removal of vendor logo from ordering?

Question on premium use: Where is (or will be) the command/trigger to remove the MPIX logo from the ordering page, cart, etc.?

    Thanks

     Alex,

Would you categorize this feature as a "top of list" action item? Big Smile

Is this going to be a feature that might be offered in the near future?

To be quite frank, the blatant inclusion of the fulfilling vendors information along with the cart checkout pages that are not consistent with a users site are the only two things that are holding me back from switching to this service.

I am a professional photographer who currently uses collages.net along with a ROES compatible lab to fulfill (drop-shipped - non-branded) orders.

Don't get me wrong, I think that your service is fantastic and quite frankly rivals the presentation quality of sites such as Collages.net and Pictage at a fraction of the cost. Unfortunately though, for someone trying to maintain a cohesive, professional image which doesn't divulge the vendors information (and according price points) it isn't quite where I want to be yet.

I think most professionals who would use this site would not want their clients to be able to click a link and see how much their markup is on prints and products and how much they pay for hosting/fulfillment services.

    Thank you,
    Andrew

Hiding vendor name from the Cart Checkout and shipping white non-branded packages to customers is at the top of our list.

good to hear.. I have had a couple of"discussions" with  customers over thier order, becasue they went to mpix and saw the prices there. I know the reality of it is that they are just cheap and dont think anyone should make a profit but them (they are probably govt employees), but I dont think they would have went price shopping if they didnt have a starting point on thier order packaging.

Can we get an update on this?  Resolving this packaging issue is all that I am waiting on to change to Zenfolio.  I was hoping to be able to change before the holiday season.

So can we expect the elimination of base price information from the shopping cart any minute now...since it's September?

Where exactly do you see the base price in the cart b/c I am not seeing it?  I hope I am not overlooking something.  Did you go into customer view and look at it there?  Base prices show up when you are logged in but your prices show up for customers.

I am not seeing that.  Could you please tell me in detail where you are seeing the base price?  We just switched to ZF but have not gone live yet.  I don't want to screw up anything.  When I am in customer view, I click add to cart.  My prices show up there.  Then, when I add to cart or look at my cart, my prices are there as well.  Am I not seeing something that is right in front of my face???

I'll take that as a good sign...I've only just joined also and am beginning to market the web address.  Read other blogs and you'll learn  more about it but maybe it's been taken care of...

    Thanks!
