Apple just pushed out the new version of the iTunes which includes the new iPhone App Store. I was perusing through the available applications and noticed that there was a mobile Flickr app, a SmugMug (SmugShot) app, Photobucket app, among others.

Any word on a Zenfolio app? (Either developed by the fine folks at Zenfolio, or third party using the API?)

Was just going to post the same question.  What a great addition to the iPhone package... free apps to run on your phone.  The photo apps you mention look very inviting.  I hope Zenfolio has plans to add one to the iTunes Apps Store soon. 

 I really hate comparing ZF to SM, but it´s the only way to compare ZF. Yes smuMug came out with an app for the iPhone, I really hope that Zenfolio does one as well...really really hope...

I am hoping someone makes this as well.  I would love to be able to upload photos I take when out with family and friends and put them in a secure section of my ZF.  Then I just have to direct them to ZF and tell them the password and they can download any of the photos they want.  No more downloading from camera then emailing or CD making when I get home.  Take the photo, auto-upload and done.

Or the option to choose photos from the film roll and upload them as desired.  Batch upload when I get in range of a Wi-Fi location to save on data costs if needed.

i didn't care for smugmug when first tried it but their site have been updated with quite a bit of
new features. ability to add videos, iphone apps, etc... please zen... need to stay competitive!

Zen, PLEASE DO NOT ADD VIDEOS! one of the best things going is that this site is not overrun with you-tube like crap where everyone thinks you need to see thier cat meowing!  This is a photography hosting/ecommerce site, lets keep it that way, videos belong on youtube!

 I agree with jasonjones.. please keep zenfolio tasteful and targeted towards artists!

 This is highly needed, I know when it's time to renew next year, this will become a deciding factor. Should I stay of Should I GO - the clash

then you should protest to photography/camera manufacturers for putting on a video recording feature on point and shoots and now dlsr's. i mean look at the canon 5dmkii, it has HD video recording capability!

 I suggest we keep this thread on the topic of the Iphone/ITouch app.  I was just thinking the other day that I wanted to see if there was one for Zenfolio.  This will continue to become more and more important as time goes on.
