    Mobile browser

    Hi,

We have created a browser to be used on mobile devices for browsing through one's Zenfolio albums.

You can have a preview at: http://gloweme.com/catalog/application/29/.

This is a first version and has basic functionality. At this moment you can only browser through your photos. The next version will have better navigation, the ability to upload pictures made by a mobile to Zenfolio and a better and clearer layout.

I would love to hear your feedback and suggestion.

Warning: at this moment only the flash version on the linked url it self works, but there is a bug in our GSM runtime software which will be fixed soon. It should then work on most Java enabled phones.

would this work on any mobile device, Pocket PC, for example, or just on phones?

In the near future, the iPhone might be supported when the iPhone will have Flash or Java support. This depends on Adobe and Sun...

The GloweMe site only supports J2ME enabled clients, so this is mainly phones. PocketPC phones should work to because they have JAVA support.

Technically speaken, it is possible to run it on a PocketPC, but the GloweMe site doesn't offer this possiblity.

This is a great start thanks for working on this.

What about also making mobile friendly themes available? That way I could have one theme for when folks are using a larger browser and another when they are using a smaller one.

Is there a mobile browser ready or launching soon?  Many of my prospects and clients access my gallery from their phone and as it is now nobody can access my pictures from any phones.
