We had to reject some images that were submitted after the deadline, or did not match the guidelines outlined in the beginning of this post, for example, we could not consider vertical images.

Thank you very much for participation. We were truly impressed and humbled by the quality of artwork created by Zenfolio community.

I'm glad I did not have to be involved in the selection process! I may not agree with the 30 photos that were selected as finalists, but I do have to agree that you picked a wide-ranging assortment of photos from some very talented people.

One thing I am disappointed in is the selection of at least one photo that was submitted after the deadline you set. It seems that the deadline was still alive as long the selections had not been made.
