    Hello, I have a premium account with Zenfolio, and have just registered my own domain name. Why do some Zenfolio users start their link with "www" and others don't. Thanks Bobby

    This depends on how you set up your CNAME. If you set up your CNAME so that www CNAME zenfolio.com then all of your URL will map to Zenfolio.com with or without www entered.
