    Print ordering

A client just received an order from Mpix and mentioned that a variable sized white border was around some of the prints.  A 5x7 portrait orientation was received in the landscape orientation with white sides.  Has anyone else had this problem?  Is it best to have customers select cropping to orient correctly?

I had placed a test order of some prints and they were fine.

    Any comments appreciated.

Please contact Support with the order number. Most likely this is how it was cropped by the customer.

The way to avoid this is to have order approval enabled in your price list(s). This way you can review and correct cropping before the order is sent to Mpix.

Thanks!  I'll give that a try.
