Is there any way (or is there going to be) to add a banner or logo to our zenfolio pages?  Perhaps in the future?

More customization of our ZF pages is on the way. It should include banner and logo. In these forums it is stated that customization will be available soon (till end of this year).

I never like to see "coming soon" on zenfolio.  This is the age of the internet.  To me, "soon" means in a few weeks.  "In the near future" would mean in a few months.  "planned" means don't hold your breath.

I think it's great there is an area to ask for new features, I just wish the ones that are being asked for a lot would happen faster.

Hmmmmm, is there any way to fake this for now? I.e. to add a link to an image in the 'Caption' section of a galery? I've tried adding in various ways of linking, but I've not managed to get a picture to display. Any idea how?

What some of us do is put a square version of a logo in the 'About' section on the home page instead of a regular photo. On the gallery pages, I have what I call a "gallery plate", which is a high-rez image with a special logo, as the first image in each gallery. Each is different by being a 'Title plate' for that gallery.

That, for me, works as a very good branding technique. Until the updates on Zenfolio give us that level of customization, we'll have to wait... not too much longer though !

The link to Trace's homepage is http://traceimages.zenfolio.com/.  You can find these by searching on the main Zenfolio homepage by the name listed.  Sometimes they match and others they don't but sometimes people forget to leave a link to the specific thing about their site that they are talking about.

I think that this is the first time that I've seen someone actually ask for a link to something so they can see exactly what is being described.  Great Idea.

Ah yes - of course. I checked his profile - but no website was listed. Your way works better. :-)

I'm a very visual person, so a picture is worth 1077 words (inflation and all that ;-)
