Can there be an intermediate level of service where Zenfolio takes orders and payments but I fulfil the order myself?

If there is a way of doing this already and I'm making a fool of myself can you point it out? (the way to do it- not that I'm a fool)

This is a feature of the Premium subscription. You can set up self fulfillment with custom products. Zenfolio will take orders from your clients and forward them to you. You will need to collect payment, and fulfill orders directly. Payments can also be accepted using PayPal. The responsibility is with you to communicate with your customers and to provide customer service.

Thanks Laura.  I know I can fulfill clients orders myself.

But what i really want is Zenfolio to manage orders AND payments but I fulfill the products myself.  That way I can print on high quality archival papers rather than have to use photobox for certain products.

This is possible as described before. Zenfolio will collect payment for custom orders via PayPal and send the order to you to fulfill. Your customers can use a credit card through PayPal or their own PayPal account. the profits are deposited in your own PayPal account.
