Thanks for the reply Laura.
Unfortunately that doesn't work either
I end up with an even more confusing sales cart, just now divided into the 2 UK print fullfillment partners and lastly my custom product category, which now has a different name, mine! i.e Martin Williams, so now even less helpfull for prospective customers. The default layout, dividing products into like groups is a good idea, it helps direct customers effieciently to where they want to go. They don't want to see long confusing lists of products.
There is so much about Zenfolio that I do like - which is why I signed up for the premium account, but this particular aspect of the shopping cart is very poorly implemented, very nice had have the ability to offer your own products but to not be able to give your customers any kind of clue what you have for sale there, for the most part means they simply wont look, meaning no sales!
The frustrating thing is, it must be such a simple thing to implement, Zenfolio has been aware of the issue, probably for a year or more so that suggests this user function is not remotely on their list of priorities to implement.
Of course, if I'm on my own in seeing this feature as being important then there is no reason for it to be a high priority for Zenfolio to give attention to but it seems to me to be a no brainer that anyone who has custom products should want to be able help their customers know what sort of things they are so that they might make sales.
