We've already made some changes to the checkout process to address some of the issues raised. We will be working on new functionality related to how clients interact with photographers. Collections were never designed for that purpose - they were designed for additional flexibility in organizing photos.

Rank designates how active a user is on forums. We are not using this feature of our forums software, so the rank is just some automatically calculated number based on the number of posts.

It has been said before. Packages are very high on our list and we will work on this feature in the first quarter of the next year. Having to say that package pricing is not yet available is just as painful for us as it is for you.

The change on our servers should be sufficient to address one specific cause of the described issue. However, there could be other factors which affect how thumbnails or pages are loaded. If you are still having a consistent issue please contact our support.

Unless you display your e-mail name in plain text on your layout pages, we protect customer's e-mails from spam e-mail harvesting. The e-mail address is retrieved only when someone clicks the send e-mail button, so there's no way for automated bots to harvest e-mails.
