Now that Mpix has launched their Pro site, can we expect Zenfolio to give us access to their unique product offerings? ie. Metal Prints, Acrylic Prints? I know I could do a custom pricelist for these but it is so much easier for the auto-fulfill.

We're trying to help!!!!  ZF says it's not on their end and Kevin decided to provide a troubleshooting step to rule out problems on your end. He was attacked for the idea! We're helping out the best way we know how, we are not ZF tech support.

 Layer, Have you looked at Kevin's responses? The fact that a large number of users are not experiencing the problem rules out that it is ZF's fault.
