There is no way for the RSS feed to work on non-public galleries. From an engineering standpoint there is no way for an RSS client to over-ride the security settings and this is usually a good thing.

I do not know of a tool for this but you can look into Migratr as all photo titles and tags are included with file transfers.

For all photographers located outside of the US it is up to you to report your earnings to your local tax authority. We do not require any tax information from you in this case.
