 Seems to me this could be easily handled.  Most places I order from have a "Bill to" and a "Ship to" section on check out. hmmmm..  Wait MPIX even has this feature. Sorry for my sarcasm but for a non programmer this seems easy enough to implement.

 Can this not be done by fulfilling items yourself and then just create a price list for a package.  In the description indicate what it contains?   

 Why can you not create a "Custom Product" detail the items in the description and make it self fullfill the order?  It's a little more work but it is easy enough. It works fine for me.  Plus you do not have to deal with the shipping descrepancies between the MPix Partnership with Zenfolio, and MPix's ...
