  • CNAME only for premium accounts

    Hi there I am trying to point images.lophoto.com to my account at Zenfolio. I have changed the CNAME stuff as directed but when I try to enable the custom domain in Zenfolio I get the error "The domain name cannot be resolved..." I am on a trial account... is that the reason ? Cheers Loic

  • Should the CNAME record point to 'zenfolio.com' or 'myprofile.zenfolio.com'?

    While this own domain / CNAME thing seems to be causing a lot a confusion amongst us user, my question in this is case is rather simple: Should the record indeed point to 'zenfolio.com', as per your instructions , or to 'myprofile.zenfolio.com'? I.e. photos CNAME zenfolio.com. or photos...

  • Re: "Add to cart" option doesn't appear

    Some users experience this problem when placing an order through custom domain that has been forwarded to Zenfolio. Instead of forwarding to Zenfolio you will have to set up a CNAME or an A record. If this is the case for you please contact support so they could give you guidance on how to resolve this...

    Just a couple of things to check: Under your preferences panel -> domain, have you slected the checkbox and entered your domain name into the box? I only use eNom & GoDaddy Registers, so I can´t help you much if it is a problem on that end, however, this is how my record shows up under my domain...
