Having problems with url address

I signed on with zenfolio with the impression that I could have my own domain name. I later was told that I had to get a name reg through Go Daddy etc the link it to zenfolio. Well I've done all of that and it still doesn't work. People at go daddy said it a zenfolio problem. Would someone please...

Coming from SmugMug

I created a new pro account here because zenfolio offers products that Smugmug does not. I have my own domain name that I registered through godaddy.com but have no idea how to get it to work here... Can anyone help or should I create a new domain name? Talk about confusing customers... Nick

CNAME only for premium accounts

Hi there I am trying to point images.lophoto.com to my account at Zenfolio. I have changed the CNAME stuff as directed but when I try to enable the custom domain in Zenfolio I get the error "The domain name cannot be resolved..." I am on a trial account... is that the reason ? Cheers Loic

I know there have been others after this sort of thing, takes a while to take on board the flexibility of public within private galleries. After a lot of faffing, I've got my domain nancycollinge.com to point to my Zenfolio main page. This shows exactly what I'd want commercial visitors to see...

GoDaddy won't be able to help you for the reason mentioned above. Where is your site hosted? You need to call up those guys and tell them that you want to make photos.yourdomain.com (or whatever url you choose) to go to www.zenfolio.com and they should be able to help you.
