Adding to an order without a separate shipping charge

Is there a way to add a print to an order without incurring an additional shipping charge if the item is added within a few hours and is going to the same address? Sometimes I like to add a free "surprise" print to my customers orders as a thank you.... I also like to add a 4x6 print that is...

WHAT'S THE PROCESS FOR UPLOADING FULL FILES FOR ORDER FULFILLMENT??

I uploaded small thumbnails for viewing. I now have orders. How do I upload full and adjusted files to fulfill these orders???

Shipping Cost to Client

I think that we can all agree MPix's shipping prices are absolutely out of line. There is no way it should cost $6.45 (or whatever it is now) to ship one 5x7 and I'm going to lose print orders because of it, as will many of my friends on this site. This is the only drawback to Zenfolio's...

Because the framing options with Mpix are very limited, and the matting options are, well, non-existent, I was wonding what you would think about Zenfolio setting up imagekind.com as a fulfillment lab. [Poll]
