  • Client requesting reprints - how?

    A client placed an order through my Zenfolio site (http://gowinphotography.zenfolio.com) and a few of the prints from Mpix have come back "very dark." How do I direct her to have those prints redone? Have searched through help pages but can't seem to find the answer. Thanks-- Michael

    Count me too. I would also prefer to (atleast have the option( to ship orders to my studio beofre I hand deliver them to the client. I don't see an option to have prints shipped from MPix to me instead of directly to the customer. Am I missing something? This seems like something that should be an...

    Is this going to be a feature that might be offered in the near future? To be quite frank, the blatant inclusion of the fulfilling vendors information along with the cart checkout pages that are not consistent with a users site are the only two things that are holding me back from switching to this service...

    If you use the Color Correction service, that should help with the brightness. We also recommend using ICC profiles from Mpix to soft-proof images, they are available for download here .
