Question about photo printing , ordered two prints and quality was great , when my wife ordered a print from her laptop it comes up as Photobox as it did on my PC , i got £1.71 back from my wifes order , question is , is Photobox the default printer org for us or can i choose a different one and...

Custom products for prints

I have enabled Photobox for small prints but as they are not particularly good at colour balanced, for the larger sizes I have made a list of Custom Products for printing by my preferred Lab. Is there any way I can either add these to the print prices or at least rename the range as larger print sizes...

Printing is harder than it should be - or am I missing something

It seems to me getting to print is very cumbersome. If I send someone to a gallery and they start a slideshow they can't print. If they are in a gallery, they need to know to mouse over the photo and figure out they need to add to a collection in order to print. They don't know they need a collection...

Printing your own photos

Does anyone how can I print my own ZF prints with Mpix without being charged? Do I need to create a special pricing list for myself only? I would be nice to have that option to print directly from ZF instead uploading photos to different photo labs.

Switching ICC Profiles

I use 4 different online print services - my PC's ICC profile was set for one of them (a while back). The second the prints were always fine. The third my prints are always slightly orange - Now I'd like to get ZF/MPix set properly. How do I set PS CS2 to the ICC Profile I've downloaded?...

I would think you'd make the choice of a lab based on their work with your files. I have no faith in said 'test' and I'm fine with Mpix. George Jones Gallery

Print Order Reports

I fulfill my orders with own lab, so when I print a new order, I need to see the details clearly for my files. It would be really great if there was a way to print a client's order in big, easy to read type with a thumbnail image of the items ordered, including the client's requested crop, address...

MPIX prints too dark

I recently ordered some prints of my own photos and was not exactly happy with the results. The prints are definitely darker than the original images. sRGB vs CMYK

I use Elements 7 to edit my photos, which saves them in sRGB color since this program is aimed at servicing people who use home printers to print their photos. My understanding is that commercial labs require images in CMYK. How do the Zenfolio partner labs handle this, and are my customers getting color...
