Embeddable Slide Show Pictures Can Be Printed

This is my first time trying the slideshow feature. I put a slideshow on my blog and on Facebook. All you have to do is right click while the picture is playing and you can print a perfect copy. It does print the watermark though. That could be trimmed off easily. Is there a setting I am missing? I don't...

"Share" photo to Facebook: problem with Firefox

For the first time I tried using the "share" option to post a photo to my Facebook profile. When I get the pop-up window with the photo and the "share" or "cancel" buttons, it just gets stuck there even when I click "share". I tried a few times without success...

Where is a new comment?

When I loggen in on the main page www.zenfolio.com I see the number of new comments this week. Having many galleries it is difficult to find out, what photo has the the new comment. It there a simple way of finding new comments instead of browsing through all the galleries I have on site?

Customers getting wacky print quantities and unable to remove from cart!

Pricing problem.

Has anyone ever had the issue of a customer placing one order and then receiving two confirmations? This happened to me last night and they were charged the correct price for two prints and base prices for the remainder of their order!! If you have had this happen, was it taken care of to your satisfaction...
