Let Customers Crop (SORT OF)

There's an option to lock the cropping of an image to it's original orientation when setting up a custom product. In other words, a customer can't make a vertical out of a horizontal and vice versa. I'd like to see this sort of control with vendor fulfilled products in the standard shopping...

I would like to the have the option to change how an order is entered. After a picture is selected and the size is chosen, I would like the user to select the paper, framing, matte right away.
