Glitch in the system? Duplicated notes from photographer in order confirmation emails
Hi, I was doing a test for order experience and noticed that the order confirmation email contained two versions of my old note to my customers. I checked the triggered email to see if I can customize it but it is blank. I tried to type some message and it appears at the very top but the duplicated "notes" still intact inside of the box under the order number. I am puzzled! How do I get rid of this embarrassing glitch??? I tried to attach a file of screenshot, but the Attach a file button below is NON RESPONSIVE. UGH!!
